WBC 580 G2 là bộ điều khiển không dây thế hệ mới của H3C với nhiều tính năng hàng đầu như:
- Áp dụng kiến trúc x86, không chỉ cung cấp khả năng xử lý dữ liệu mạnh mẽ mà còn có khả năng tính toán biên mạnh mẽ hơn so với CPU giao tiếp truyền thống.
- Không chỉ hỗ trợ quản lý AP chuẩn 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ac wave2 truyền thống mà còn có thể quản trị các AP chuẩn wifi 6 802.11ax.
- Được tích hợp sẵn chức năng Portal server mạnh mẽ, sản phẩm có thể hỗ trợ tới 61440 người dùng để xác thực cục bộ mà không cần định đến các máy chủ xác thực khác.
- Hỗ trợ kiến trúc AC phân cấp giúp kiểm soát tập trung và quản lý phân cấp, tương tự như cấu trúc của các doanh nghiệp lớn.
- Hỗ trợ tenant management, quản lý vị trí, kiểm tra tình trạng hoạt động, thống kê thiết bị đầu cuối, thống kê tỷ lệ lưu lượng truy cập, nhật ký cảnh báo, quản lý vận hành và bảo trì.
- Hỗ trợ chia sẻ tải AP thông minh: WBC 580 G2 có thể phân tích vị trí của các máy khách không dây trong thời gian thực, tự động xác định các AP có thể chia sẻ tải với nhau tại thời điểm và vị trí hiện tại, đồng thời theo dõi việc chia sẻ tải này bằng cách kiểm soát AP được truy cập bởi các máy khách không dây. Hệ thống không chỉ hỗ trợ chia tải theo số phiên trực tuyến mà còn hỗ trợ chia tải theo lưu lượng truy cập của người dùng.
- Hỗ trợ phát hiện/phòng thủ bảo mật 7 lớp (WIDS/WIP) bao gồm: blacklist, whitelist, Rogue defense, phát hiện tin nhắn không đúng định dạng, người dùng ngoại tuyến, tấn công MAC, Countermeasures Based...
