Các thiết bị tường lửa sẽ không tính theo số lượng người dùng mà sẽ tính theo các dịch vụ được sử dụng trên Firewall và Throughput của hệ thống. Tuy nhiên với 1000 user, FortiGate FG-400E hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng được nhu cầu của anh.
