Check IGW500 Firmware

Check whether the firmware of IGW500 is the latest through home page, jump to chapter 3 if the firmware is too low, as shown below:

  Check the firmware, and obtain the latest firmware through after-sale engineer.

Check AP Firmware

Connect the LAN PoE port of the AP to any LAN Interface of the device, AP will obtain IP address through DHCP, then AP will register to IGW500 automatically. Check whether the firmware of AP is the latest through click menu bar Wireless -> AP Management, they click the mac of AP to display the details, jump to chapter 4 if the firmware is too low, as shown below:
