Handover Network
The network and the devices under the network are fully managed by users under different tenants, which is a permanent transfer. The person who accepts the network handover has all the authorities of the network and can share and handover again. Once the other party accepts the handover, the handover page does not have the network, and the network with effective sharing cannot be handed over, as shown below:

If the network has been shared, it cannot be handed over. Otherwise, there will be a page prompt: There is a valid network sharing, and it cannot be handed over.
