Configure Forwarding Mode of Aggregation Group
In VST environment, in order to reduce the load of the VSL link, the service traffic received by the member device can be configured to forward from other Ethernet interfaces of the device, that is, adopt local prior forwarding policy. In the case of cross-device link aggregation, the traffic load of each member link in the aggregation group is unbalanced. Users can set the forwarding mode of aggregation group according to the actual network scenario. When the forwarding mode is set to global load balancing, in the case of cross- device link aggregation, the traffic load of each member link in the aggregation group is balanced.

|
forward-mode { global-fair | local-prior }
|
Mandatory
By default, the forwarding mode of the aggregation group is global load balance.
|
-
The command forward-mode { global-fair | local-prior } can be configured only when the device is working in VST mode.
- When the aggregation group has member ports, the forwarding mode of the aggregation group cannot be switched.
