Configure VRRP Network Authentication

VRRP supports the simple text authentication. The set length of the text authentication cannot 8-bit authentication word.

Configuration Condition

Before configuring the VRRP network authentication, first complete the following task:

Configure the VRRP simple text authentication	vrrp vrid authentication text string	Mandatory By default, do not enable the simple text authentication function. The authentication password can be 8 characters at most.
