Configure to Display Congestion Notification
Explicit congestion notification is used to display congestion notification. When the device is congested, the ECN domain of IP packet header is marked, and the CNP packet (congestion notification packet) is sent from the receiving end to the sending end, so as to slow down the device congestion and realize the end-to-end congestion management.

Configure to Display Congestion Notification
ECN (Explicit Congestion Notification) defines a flow control and end-to-end congestion notification mechanism based on IP layer and transport layer. ECN uses the DS domain in IP header to mark the congestion status on the transmission path. The terminal device supporting this function can judge the congestion on the transmission path by the packet content, so as to adjust the sending mode of the packet and avoid increasing the congestion.
